Department of Homeland Security agents conducted an operation in which a suspect was killed in San Antonio, Texas Tuesday morning, local CBS affiliate KENS-TV reported.
Officials received a call for an officer in trouble around 6:55 a.m. Tuesday in a neighborhood in the area of Division and I-35, the report said.
The KENS-TV report said that no Homeland Security agents were harmed in the course of the operation.
The San Antonio Police Department confirmed the shooting, and said their officers were not involved, but were securing the scene, CBS News reported.
