Now that Pfizer’s coronavirus vaccine has a full endorsement from the Food and Drug Administration, public health officials are hopeful that vaccine-hesitant Americans will roll up their sleeves to get inoculated against COVID-19 – and, if they want to keep their jobs, many people may not have a choice anymore.
