Unlike the chilling novel and subsequent movie "The Manchurian Candidate" (1962) in which an American is duped into being an unwitting assassin for a Communist conspiracy to plunge our nation into chaos, Joe Biden’s eyes seem to be wide open.

Since day one of the coronavirus pandemic he has sought to downplay the role of Communist China as the source of COVID-19, a country openly declaring its intent to assume global domination at America’s expense.

Perhaps his unapologetic defense of Beijing might be about his son’s efforts to form a private equity fund with Chinese millions that would enable the Biden family to reap enormous profits.

If so, that would also explain why Joe Biden so viciously condemned the president in the early days of the pandemic when Trump announced a ban on travel to and from China to slow the spread of the disease to the United States. Biden said, "We need to lead the way with science — not Donald Trump’s record of hysteria, xenophobia, and fear-mongering."

That "xenophobia" that Biden tossed at Mr. Trump is about the president of the United States standing up for America in the face of a Chinese Communist-Marxist regime that is intent on stealing our technology, our innovations, our jobs --- and our future.

Joe Biden is either blind to this enormous threat or has an agenda only now becoming obvious.

Either reality is a threat to America’s future.

Simply put, Joe Biden needs to prove he is not in league with Communist China.

In the wake of the latest expose’ probing his son’s China connection, he needs to demonstrate that he is not an accomplice to tyranny and the deaths of more than 1,000,000 people by the China’s exported COVID-19 virus.

Thus, Joe Biden needs to prove to the American people he is not "Beijing’s Candidate."
