Nation's Discontent Burns Over Swamp's Chilling Effect on Rights

Nation's Discontent Burns Over Swamp's Chilling Effect on Rights

Former President Trump now faces his 91st criminal charge.

Forty of those charges are linked to the alleged mishandling of post-presidential documents. Absurdly inconsistent charges given the comparable actions of President Joe Biden and former presidents Barack Obama and George W. Bush.

An additional 34 around his personal business records, via Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, vindictively weaponizing justice seeking to hinder Trump's future viability to run.

Six charges around the Jan. 6 protest march and now, 13 more in Georgia, stemming from Trump's opposition to our COVID-19-era tainted mail-in ballot process.

These charges essentially revolve around Trump exercising his First Amendment right to question American elections.

U.S. Special Counsel Jack Smith, and Alvin Bragg, are both fueled by progressive agendas and encouraged by Biden (and Obama) to orchestrate relentless political attacks on Trump.

Now joined by Fulton County's Fani Willis, who seeking to up the stakes by accusing Trump of racketeering and conspiracy — also to stop a Trump 2024 win before it’s too late.

Contrast the prosecutorial zeal to get Trump at all costs with the kid glove treatment of Joe Biden and his ne’er-do-well son Hunter.

Hunter’s laptop is not about his own ethical and moral quagmire of less-than-honorable behavior, befitting a president's son.

What matters is his father’s purported involvement with alleged influence-peddling.

As the liberal media focuses on the politically weaponized Trump distraction, over six alleged crimes at minimum are now directly associated with Joe Biden.

These serious allegations include tax evasion and Foreign Agents Registration Act violations.

Acts occurring throughout Romania, Ukraine and China.

The Marco Polo report further exposed 459 alleged crimes linked to Hunter, from illicit foreign lobbying to money laundering.

Our government and leadership are shamelessly elitist, corrupt, and hypocritical.

We the People are beyond sick over it. And we are indeed "over it."

Each passing day, paramount, disturbing questions emerge.

  • Will America succumb to the path promulgated by the hard-left, liberal leadership of the Bidens?
  • Will we tread the treacherous route characterized by a compromised DOJ, porous borders, and a now downgraded economy?
  • Will we mirror Europe's downward trajectory?
  • Will our nation yield to the siren call of a culturally Marxist and overtly communist new world order, meticulously choreographed under China's global dominance?

Alternatively . . .

  • Will we steadfastly resist?

American discontent burns hot. Yet, Trump commands a resounding 52.7% of the GOP's support. His nearest competitor, Gov. DeSantis, R-Fla., falls below 20%.

Nationally, the resolute yearning for restoration still eclipses destructive urges.

This yearning finds its roots in our national legacy, born on the shoulders of those who have sacrificed and battled for our hard-earned freedoms.

America already fought a bloody Civil War to preserve our freedom. Barbara F. Walter, an expert in civil war and conflict, delivered a Ted Talk titled "Is the US Headed to Another Civil War?"

She advocated against the dangerous precipice of another internal conflict and emphasized the colossal costs such turmoil entails.

It remains imperative that we Americans avoid this precipice and preserve the integrity and functionality of our system.

This requires peacefully disrupting the status quo by voicing our grievances loudly. Our collective discontent must be aggressive until the culmination of Election 2024.

In the meantime, to quell our feelings of helpless outrage, we can seek some support and inspiration from our artists.

Just like a snare drum played behind our battles in 1776, America’s artists often create soundtracks that get us through soul-trying times such as these.

Music is powerful. At times it can kindle an internal revolution within us, energizing our commitment to fervent daily political engagement.

Music industry people are normally hesitant to openly articulate conservative viewpoints.

The specter of retribution from cancellation to legal consequences looms large.

Yet there is some great recent hope here.

Country music now finds itself dead center in our American culture wars.

Two recent country songs have captured the essence of the American spirit while also eliciting strong reactions from the liberal left.

These songs offer an unfiltered portrayal of our contemporary struggles.

Jason Aldean's "Try That In A Small Town" advocates a return to moral principles and American values in the face of rising crime and disregard, just had 30M views last month. Oliver Anthony's New Song "Rich Men North of Richmond" empathetically voices our collective pain while challenging the elite classes had a stunning 41 million views in just two weeks.

These artists have been attacked for their unapologetic embrace of Americana and the exercise of their First Amendment rights, this strikes a deep chord.

And that chord is simple: "We have had enough."

Notably, 165M Americans tune into country music.

The vast majority of these listeners are our more conservative Americans who support Trump, American restoration, the American First and Make American Great Again agendas.

Meanwhile Trump on Tucker (on X) just eclipsed the GOP debate.

As we stand in anticipation of Election' 24 and the unfolding transformation of our nation, we always wield the power to amplify our voices through our ballot.

As our music continues to play on, let us, let it, fuel our spirit, propelling us dangerously close to the edge of revolution.

Yet in due time, may that very same music becomes the balm, soothing our fervor, and our American souls and guiding us back from the precipice we approached.

Let us try to stay calm, make our voices heard through voting — and rocking on. For now.
