Former National Security Adviser Stephen Hadley says the best U.S. course in Libya is to arm the rebels and let them employ their own no-fly zone over Libyan skies, in order to keep to the originally

stated humanitarian mission,
Politico reports.
“That's why, I think, we do need to consider arming the rebels and let them, with anti-tank weapons and anti-aircraft weapons — let them impose their own no-fly zone,” Hadley said Sunday on CNN’s “State of the Union.”
The former national security official in the Bush administration said the United States needs to resolve the diplomatic dilemma between protecting civilians and ousting Libyan tyrant Moammar Gadhafi.
“The challenge for the administration is to square all that up,” Hadley said
