MSNBC "Morning Joe" host Joe Scarborough let the f-word slip Monday morning while talking to political director and on-air analyst for NBC News and MSNBC Chuck Todd, MSNBC political analyst Mike Barnicle and cohost Micah Brzezinski.
Scarborough, talking about Barack Obama's newly appointed Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel, was unaware at first he had said the word, but was soon set straight and apologized for swearing on live TV.
"Did I say the word? Scarborough back-tracked. "My wife is going to kill me when I get home... I'm going to go get some soap."
