Many politicos are dismayed with President Barack Obama’s decision to side with Wisconsin public unions in their conflict with GOP Gov. Scott Walker.
Joe Scarborough, host of “Morning Joe” on MSNBC is one of them.
“Over the last seven days, the Badger State has given Americans a glimpse of their past and a look into their uncertain future. And in both of those frames, Barack Obama seems strangely out of focus,” Scarborough, a former Republican congressman from Florida, writes on
Politico.

“Americans are hungry for real leadership. That’s why a Republican like Chris Christie and a Democrat like Andrew Cuomo are being rewarded for stepping up in this time of crisis. The president, on the other hand, is stepping back and tearing a page out of George W. Bush’s playbook. If he continues to ignore the shifting of political winds, Obama may soon find himself aligned with his biggest political supporters — but this time on the wrong side of history.”
