WASHINGTON – A possible jobs-creation package being crafted by Democratic and Republican leaders in the Senate may end up costing about $80 billion, a key Republican said on Tuesday.
"We are talking about a roughly $80 billion package," Senate Republican Leader Mitch McConnell said after he and others met at the White House with President Barack Obama.
