On June 14, Newsmax published a story in which Malcolm Hoenlein, executive vice chairman of the Conference of Presidents of Major American Jewish Organizations, expressed his views about President Barack Obama's June 4 speech in Cairo.
The article quoted Hoenlein as saying that Jewish leaders were "expressing concern" about what was said in the speech.
He also said Jewish leaders were questioning what Obama believes and what he stands for.
Since publication of the story, press reports have alleged that some of Hoenlein's statements may have been taken out of context, or were quoted in error.
Newsmax has therefore decided to publish the full audio tape on a video feed, as well as the full printed transcript, of Chief Washington Correspondent Ronald Kessler's interview with Mr. Hoenlein.
