Harry Reid Tops List of Congress' Biggest Talkers

For everyone dying to know which congressmen gave the most speeches on the floor of their chamber this congress, C-Span has the answer. Republicans took nine of the top 10 spots in the House and five of the top 10 spots in the Senate during the 111th Congress, according to the network’s Congressional Chronicle.
