Former Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld says he made the right call in limiting the number of U.S. forces sent to Afghanistan to

combat the Taliban. Appearing Sunday on CNN’s "State of the Union," Rumsfeld rejected criticism that there weren't enough American troops in the initial stages of combat,
Politico reports.
“They simply move into another country, go into neighboring countries. Go into Pakistan,” Rumsfeld said. “The minute they have an opportunity, they come back.”
Rumsfeld also said he believes American forces will still be in Afghanistan a decade from now.
