Fox Projects Dole Loss in North Carolina

Fox News is projecting that incumbent Republican Sen. Elizabeth Dole will lose her North Carolina seat to Democrat Kay Hagan.

With 4 percent of precincts reporting, Hagan has 60 percent to Dole’s 37 percent.
