You know you’re doing something right when the opposition targets you in one of its final campaign ads, despite the fact that you aren’t even a candidate. That’s the position of ex-Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin. She’s the subject of a get-out-the vote internet ad produced by the Democratic National Committee,
Politico reports .

The ad features a picture of Palin with the title “Don’t Let Sarah Palin Win.” Her nomination for vice president in 2008 produced a huge inflow of donations for the Republican National Committee. And Palin haters contributed to the Democrats.
The DNC wants to take advantage of liberals’ continued antipathy toward the potential Republican presidential candidate for 2012. The new spot is the DNC’s "best performing" ad that doesn't feature President Barack Obama, says party spokeswoman Lynda Tran.
