Perhaps there is a way around the onerous burdens that Obamacare place on states. Democratic Sen. Ron Wyden of Oregon and Republican Sen. Scott Brown
(pictured) of Massachusetts have proposed a bill that would move forward states’ ability to opt out of Obamacare three years earlier – in 2014, when most of its major elements take effect,
The Hill reports.

The plan would let states seek waivers from some of the healthcare law’s requirements, including federal regulations that Republicans call an intrusion on the states. The waiver would permit states to opt out of important sections of the healthcare law, including the requirement that individuals buy insurance and that employers provide it.
But it doesn’t go as far as most Republicans would like. To receive a waiver from the rules, states would have to meet healthcare targets required by Obamacare.
