Sasfin Hires JSE’s Noah Greenhill to Head Corporate Finance Team

Feb. 5 (Bloomberg) -- Sasfin Holdings Ltd. appointed Noah Greenhill, a senior general manager at the Johannesburg Stock Exchange, to head its corporate finance team, the Johannesburg- based financial services group said.

Greenhill, who helped to set up the Johannesburg bourse’s Alternative Exchange for small companies, will join Sasfin on Feb. 13, replacing Panico Theocharides, who has resigned, the lender said in a statement today.

Michelle Joubert, head of investor relations at JSE Ltd., operator of the Johannesburg bourse, didn’t answer a call for comment made to her cell phone.
