Can Supplements Remove Fluroaluminum Spurs?

Monday, 10 June 2013 09:15 AM EDT

Question: I have severe spinal stenosis that might have been caused by high fluoride and aluminum in local drinking water. Are there any supplements that might help remove fluroaluminum spurs?

Dr. Blaylock's Answer:

There is convincing evidence that fluoroaluminum is a major cause of spinal stenosis as
well as abnormal calcification throughout the body.

Research has shown that a higher intake of magnesium and vitamin C, and a moderate intake of calcium can reduce this problem. Vitamin D3 also reduces calcification caused by
fluoroaluminum.

Black tea is a major food source of fluoroaluminum, as is fluoridated drinking water.
Several of the flavonoids have also been shown to reduce fluoride toxicity.
