Quercetin has been shown to be particularly effective against melanomas, which are tumors that release very high levels of glutamate. Having glutamate in your diet stimulates tumor growth and spread.
Most processed foods contain excitotoxin additives. Eat only freshly prepared foods and avoid excitotoxins.
