Dr. Russell Blaylock, author of The Blaylock Wellness Report newsletter, is a nationally recognized board-certified neurosurgeon, health practitioner, author, and lecturer. Yes, it is a good idea to heat them. I usually prefer steaming. The heat destroys the thyroid-suppressing substance.
