Judge Judy has once again sentenced Oprah Winfrey to second place in their battle for the daytime TV throne.

According to TVbythenumbers.com, Judge Judy is the most popular program in syndication that isn't a game show or reruns of a popular sitcom.

Each show garners a 4.7 household rating, but Judge Judy outdraws Oprah in terms of viewers, 6.77 million to 6.23 million.

Judge Judy has beaten Oprah in 12 of the past 15 weeks.
