Join the Fight for Kids' Health

Almost 15% of 2- to 5-year-old kids in this country are obese, and that's propelling them toward a difficult future with hugely increased risks of everything from depression and diabetes to premature heart disease, cancer, and social problems.

And overall, 21% of U.S. teenagers are obese, meaning they’re already on their way to chronic diseases and premature disabilities.

This not only harms kids physically, it's also damaging their ability to lead the world in productivity, scientific research, and hope — and that's damaging this country's future.

Making improvements requires you to commit to upgrading how your family eats, cooks, works out, and supports one another.

And it takes a commitment to upgrading quality-of-life issues that affect society at large. Here are some goals to work toward:

• Improving school food

• Making fresh fruits and vegetables available in food deserts

• Making sure that the food supply in the U.S. shifts from highly processed, obesity-producing junk to healthy fruits, vegetables, proteins, fats, and 100% whole grains.

Let's start working together to create the changes that are needed to accomplish this.

The Obesity Coalition at obesityaction.org and 4YOUngevity.com are committed to helping every step of the way.
