Russia: Return of US Nukes to UK Would Be an Escalation

Russia would regard any return of U.S. nuclear weapons to bases in Britain as an "escalation and a destabilizing practice," foreign ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova told a briefing Tuesday.
