A Newsmax panel slugged it out Wednesday over whether President Barack Obama was right to shoot pool and drink beer in Texas after refusing to visit the U.S.-Mexico border.

Weighing in on "The Steve Malzberg Show'' on Newsmax TV were Christopher Hahn, a former senior aide to Sen. Chuck Schumer of New York, and Edward Pozzuoli, president of the Tripp Scott law firm.
