Mideast Expert: Beheading Shows US Has Hurt ISIS

Robert Rabil, a Middle East studies professor at Florida Atlantic University, and Stephen J. Yates, a former deputy assistant to Vice President Dick Cheney, told "MidPoint" host Ed Berliner on Newsmax TV on Wednesday that the Islamic State (ISIS) would have found some pretext to murder American journalist James Foley, but that the timing suggests the group was stung by losing territory to Iraqi and Kurdish forces backed by U.S. airstrikes.
