Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton trails three GOP candidates in New Hampshire in the matchup for the 2016 presidential election, a new poll has found.
According to a
WMUR Granite State Poll conducted April 24-May 3 of 706 adults:
- Former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush leads Clinton by a margin of 47 percent to 41 percent
- Kentucky Sen. Rand Paul leads by 47 percent to 41 percent
- Florida Sen. Marco Rubio is ahead of Clinton by 47 percent compared to 42 percent
The findings stand in stark contrast to results in a February poll when Clinton was leading Bush by 12 points and Paul by 10 points.
The poll also found that Clinton is tied with Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker at 44 percent.
Texas Sen. Ted Cruz is the only candidate tested in the poll that loses to Clinton, albeit by just 1 point at 46 percent to 45 percent.
The findings come on the heels of
a poll released Wednesday that found that both Bush and Walker would beat Clinton in head-to-head match-ups.
