Trump Makes the Case That Obama's Clueless on Economy

New York icon and business tycoon Donald Trump created a stir when he showed up at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) last week, the annual gathering for conservatives in Washington and the unofficial start of the 2012 election contest.

Since then, the media have been abuzz with chatter about a possible Trump White House run, but it's mostly been treated as little more than a joke or a publicity stunt. One commentator for the National Review — a conservative stalwart — wrote, "If there is a behavior and style that is 'presidential,' Donald Trump isn't it."

But it's time for the right to knock off the hand-wringing and ponder this question instead: What's so bad about The Donald helping to build a case against President Obama?
