Calls Grow for US to Reconsider Air Raid Shelters

By    |   Monday, 11 August 2025 10:26 AM EDT

In an era of rising geopolitical threats against the U.S. and its allies, many Americans are increasingly concerned about national security. Some have even begun to suggest reinstating air raid shelters as a modern form of protection.

In a 2021 interview, Ron Hubbard of Atlas Survival Shelters said he struggled to keep up with the high demand.
