A couple taking engagement photos at the Florida resort owned by former President Donald Trump were surprised by an appearance from the Republican, who had been playing golf.

“Fun day with @ToriaAronoff at Mar-a-Lago taking engagement photos,” Brian Schottenstein, a commercial real estate developer, tweeted on Monday. “Our friend @POTUS45 came in for a couple too.”

His fiancé, Toria Aronoff, added: “That moment Trump made an appearance at our engagement photoshoot!”

In the video, Trump can be heard saying off-camera, “that’s a good looking couple.”

Aronoff asked the former president if he would take a photo with them, which he did after warning that his golfing outfit might look too casual next to them.

Trump has largely stayed out of the public eye since leaving office, only recently giving a few phone interviews to mark the passing of longtime conservative talk radio host Rush Limbaugh.
