North Dakota’s Statehood Questioned

Wednesday, 13 July 2011 11:52 AM EDT

North Dakota’s statehood has been called into question by an North Dakota, Constitution82-year-old Grand Forks man who pointed out a flaw in the state’s Constitution, reports Valley News Live.
