MSNBC's Mika Brzezinski experienced an unfortunate slip of the tongue Wednesday morning just after interviewing Israeli Ambassador to the United States Ron Dermer.
The co-host of "Morning Joe," Brzezinski sent the show to commercial with an uncomfortable request for viewers to "keep it right here on Morning Jew."
It was not the first time Brzezinski's words have made news.
In early July, during a discussion about former Panamanian dictator Manuel Noriega's planned lawsuit against the creators of the violent video game Call of Duty, Brzezinski said she was unsure whether the creators were
"more reprehensible" than Noriega for making a game that "is damaging to the brain."
Brzezinski, whose father served as national security adviser to President Jimmy Carter, and her co-host, Joe Scarborough, have been angling to replace David Gregory as moderator of the long-running "Meet the Press,"
Mediaite reported.
