Liberty University has announced an all-star line-up of athletes, comedians and pop stars who'll visit the Christian school this fall in a bid to "challenge, entertain, and inspire students."

The special guests will appear as part of the Virginia-based university's ongoing Convocation program, the largest weekly gathering of Christian students eager to hear from movers and shakers "from every sphere of society."

This fall's guests include:

  • Tim Tebow, the star quarterback and Heisman Trophy winner who played in the NFL for the Philadelphia Eagles, New England Patriots, New York Jets and Denver Broncos.
  • Joe Theismann, the star quarterback and Super Bowl champion who played with the Washington Redskins.
  • Larry the Cable Guy, the popular stand-up comic and member of the touring Blue Collar Comedy Tour.
  • Tim Hawkins, a grocery truck driver-turned-Christian comedian, actor and singer whose songs include "Smells like Birthday Cake" and "I Work at Subway."
  • Brian Litrell, who was a member of The Backstreet Boys, and has appeared in movies such as the R-Rated Seth Rogan film, "This is the End."
  • For King & Country, a Christian pop duo dubbed "Australia's answer to Coldplay."
  • Brian "Head" Welch, co-founder of the rock band Korn, who was named by Guitar World as one of the "100 Greatest Heavy Metal Guitarists of All Time."

Also appearing will be Newsmax contributor Michael Reagan, Forbes chairman Steve Forbes, Brazilian soccer star Kaká and Christian psychologist James Dobson.
