The attendance for Donald Trump's rally in Pennsylvania Saturday was certainly not close to capacity, a journalist for the Philadelphia Inquirer tweeted.
Trump, who skipped the White House Correspondents Association Dinner in Washington, D.C. held the same evening, touted during his rally at the Pennsylvania Farm Show Complex & Expo Center that attendance broke the "all-time" record there and that people were outside still hoping to get in.
But Jonathan Tamari, a correspondent for the Inquirer, tweeted photos of empty seats inside the arena, mostly in the rafters.
Trump during his speech said he wanted to "thank the fire marshals. They have a lot of people standing outside. We really maxed out. We broke the all-time record for this arena. We broke the all-time record."
