Hillary Clinton has agreed to give two separate interviews to ABC in conjunction with the release of her new memoir,
"Hard Choices."
The presumed 2016 presidential contender will sit down with Diane Sawyer for a one-hour ABC News prime-time special to air Monday, June 9. Robin Roberts will interview Clinton live the next day on "Good Morning America,"
The Washington Post reported.
Both interviews are a significant win for ABC which had been competing fiercely with other television networks to secure sit-down interviews with Clinton, the Post
earlier reported.
Sawyer and Roberts have longstanding relationships with Clinton.
Clinton is expected to travel across the country in June promoting her book, which is being published by Simon & Schuster.
"Hard Choices" is expected to be a bestseller and possible prelude to her potential presidential campaign.
Clinton’s first memoir "Living History" sold more than 1 million copies.
