Microsoft Corp. Chairman Bill Gates said he’s concentrating on philanthropy and not a candidate to take over as head of the World Bank.
“I’m full-time focused on my job at the foundation,” Gates said at an event at a United Nations agency in Rome today. “I wouldn’t be available for that,” he said when asked if he’s a candidate for the World Bank’s top job.
