After producing the second-highest grossing political documentary on record, "2016: Obama's America," Dinesh D'Souza has released a new trailer in advance of his next project, "America."
According to
Deadline Hollywood, the new trailer was unveiled Monday on Fox News' "The Kelly File."
"We answer the central moral challenge of America's critics, which is that America’s greatness is based on theft, plunder, and oppression," said D'Souza, who produced and helps host the film.

"America" envisions that the American colonists lost the Revolutionary War, and asks: "What would the world look like if America did not exist?"
The new trailer also shows clips of interviewees who level criticisms of America, calling it "the new evil empire" and a "predatory colonial power," as well as one who refers to Mount Rushmore as "a symbol of oppression and genocide to our people."
D'Souza, a conservative commentator and critic of President Barack Obama, unveiled a
different trailer for his movie last month at the Conservative Political Action Conference in Washington.
The trailer featured clips of famous Americans, including Ronald Reagan, John F. Kennedy, Martin Luther King, Jackie Robinson, Neil Armstrong, and others.
The film, directed by John Sullivan, will hit theaters on July 4.
