By    |   Tuesday, 21 January 2014 05:30 PM EST

Delta Airlines is hoping you'll love the way it flies now that the company has added a new in-flight Wi-Fi mobile messaging service for as little as $2 on domestic routes, Mashable.com reported.

The Wi-Fi Mobile Pass is available for $1.95 on flights shorter than two hours, but the price increases on longer flights and different routes. An all-day pass costs $14.

The application enables passengers to text and browse the Internet on their smartphones, tablets or laptops while in the air.

Delta's new sky-high mobile feature follows a similar offer and price range by Southwest Airlines.
