Reduced Crack Sentences Should Apply Retroactively, Holder Says

June 1 (Bloomberg) -- Reduced sentences for crack cocaine offenders should apply retroactively to those previously sent to prison, Attorney General Eric Holder said.
Holder’s comments were in prepared testimony before the U.S. Sentencing Commission.
