Glenn Beck to Hire 200 More Staffers

Glenn Beck plans to hire 200 more employees for TheBlaze in the coming months.

The talk media superstar and digital media pioneer told WXKS-AM in Boston of the expansion in a recent appearance on morning drive host Jeff Katz’s show, Talkers magazine reports.

TheBlaze, the multi-media news and programming initiative of Beck’s Mercury Radio Arts, currently has about 120 employees.

Beck disclosed the information during an on-air conversation about the state of business in America under the Obama administration, Talkers reports.

He also noted the ease with which he was able to build his business, and create jobs, since moving from New York City to the Dallas area.
