Following the massacre in Las Vegas, actor Ashton Kutcher, who is a long-time gun owner, joined those who are pressing for stricter gun control laws.
Kutcher sent out a series of tweets in which he prayed for the victims but also insisted that the current situation could not go on like this.
Ashton Kutcher and his wife Mila Kunis have said they keep a gun at their Hollywood home.
Kunis said in an interview with The Telegraph Magazine several years ago, however, that she would not "give it to my daughter as a gift at 15 … My child shouldn't be as well-trained as us, nor should she know there is a weapon in the house — ever," reported Mirror.
Kunis added that "I respect the gun. My husband grew up in Iowa, and is from a hunting family. He's worked with rifles his whole life."
She explained that the couple keeps a gun at home both because people have tried to break into their house and a man who stalked Kunis escaped from a psychiatric facility a few years ago and remained missing for several days before he was captured, according to ENews.
