Scott Eastwood took a page from his dad, Hollywood icon Clint Eastwood, at a costume party in Tinseltown Saturday, dressing like his cowboy character from the 1967 movie "The Good, The Bad, and the Ugly."

The younger Eastwood, 30, who recently appeared in the movie "Suicide Squad," resembled his father, now 86, in a poncho, denim pants, cowboy hat and cigar, E! News noted. Eastwood wore the costume at the Hilarity for Charity party to benefit The Alzheimer's Association

"I hadn't thought about it before I was told it was a costume party and I said, 'Well s***, Halloween came early,'" Eastwood said about channeling his father's Blondie character in the classic western, E! News reported.

According to Box Office Mojo, "The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly" was Eastwood's eighth most successful movie in a long career, when ticket inflation is factored in. It made $25 million at the box office after it was released in late 1967.

"I sent him a picture,'' Scott Eastwood told E! News. "I haven't heard back. He doesn't do a lot of texting."

Many on social media gave Scott Eastwood a big thumb's up for the costume.
