Former Massachusetts Gov.
Mitt Romney, a presumptive front runner for the Republican presidential nomination, continues to flex his money muscles.
Romney’s Free and Strong America PAC Tuesday announced $45,000 in donations to 2012 Republican election efforts.

The PAC donated $15,000 each to the Republican National Committee, National Republican Senatorial Committee and National Republican Congressional Committee.
Romney has been doling out money to party groups as he seeks to garner support for his presidential run. He set a goal of raising $50milllion by early summer in order to scare off competitors to the GOP presidential nod. During the first quarter of the year, he raised $1.9 million.
“President Obama and his big spending allies in Congress have confused priorities for our nation,” Romney said. “Instead of focusing on putting unemployed Americans back to work, they have raised taxes, expanded the size and scope of government and prolonged the recession. I believe that by electing Republicans, we will make America strong and prosperous again.”
