Kit Kat will launch a new pink version of its signature candy bar made with ruby cocoa beans in the U.K. on Monday.
The pink confection is all natural, with the unique color coming from the beans, which also give it a “fruity intense taste” that is less sweet than milk chocolate, CNN reported.
The pink Kit Kats have been available in Japan and South Korea since January, CNN reported. Kit Kat is especially popular in Japan where there are many varieties of the candies sold. The name sounds similar to a Japanese phrase, “kito kato,” which means “to surely win.”
Kit Kat originated in the U.K.
The ruby chocolates are expected to come across the pond to the U.S. and other parts of the world after their release in the U.K.
Ruby cocoa beans are grown in the Ivory Coast, Ecuador, and Brazil, the Economic Times reported.
More than 30 varieties of Kit Kats currently exist, including lemon drizzle, New York Cheesecake, and green tea varieties.
Twitter users seemed fairly excited about the new pink ones.
