A South Carolina man is facing charges of animal cruelty after he was photographed dangling a dog from a window.
The dog was unharmed, but the story went viral after a
woman took a picture and posted it on Facebook. This led to the arrest of 23-year-old Tyler Smith,
according to ABC News.

Smith used the dog's leash to support his parents' dog, by the torso, from the second story of a building.
Police were soon alerted, Greenville (S.C.) Police Officer Johnathan Bragg said.
"Saturday it was raining really hard during that time period and we believe he was doing it to let it use the bathroom," Bragg told ABC News.
He was charged with a misdemeanor violation of the city's Animal-Care Ordinance.
"I actually posted it on Spartanburg Animal Services, with the question is this legal?" Vincelette told the station.
Last month, two people in North Carolina were charged with felony animal cruelty after three malnourished and abused dogs were found at their home. Also last month, a task force was set up in rural Ohio in an effort to save animals.
