Jon Bon Jovi may still be living on a prayer, but he'll no longer living in his palatial SoHo penthouse in Manhattan. On Monday, the superstar found a buyer willing to pony up roughly $37.5 million for it.
The New York Daily News reported that the Bon Jovi frontman purchased the 7,452-square-foot, 5-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom duplex in 2007 for $24 million.
The rock fortress features a wood-burning fireplace, chef's kitchen with 11-foot ceilings, a screening room, and a private deck with stunning views of Midtown and the Financial District.
Coincidentally, the apartment is in the same building where the son of famous financial fraudster Bernie Madoff committed suicide in 2010. That apartment is currently listed for $9 million.
Supermodel Heidi Klum expressed interest in the apartment last year, however the identity and final sale price remain unknown at this time.
Bon Jovi listed it for $42 million in 2013, but had to slash the price down a few times. The most recent asking price was $37.5 million.
