Plenty of Republicans are upset about what happened on Nov. 6, 2012. One group is doing something about their “election depression.”
GOP supporters can express their disappointment over Mitt Romney’s loss to President Obama on Election Day by wearing an armband being offered by one group on its website,
www.electionDEPRESSION.com.
One black bracelet reads “In Memoriam 11-06-12,” and the other reads “We Miss Mitt.”
The website states: “Are you depressed about what happened on November 6, 2012? By wearing our armbands you too can protest and make it known that you are not happy about the election, for whatever reason — the results, the economy, our taxes, whatever.
“Show your respect for our country while peacefully demonstrating your disrespect for a process gone awry!
“Take action: Wear this bracelet for 4 more years.”
One of the entrepreneurs behind the venture, who prefers to remain anonymous at this point, told Newsmax: “We chose black for the armbands to signify sadness over the election result.
“It’s a 4-year period of mourning. You’re waiting for four years to change things, to rectify things.
“People don’t have a voice. These armbands allow them to them say something, to quietly express their dissatisfaction.”
