Rumsfeld: Pakistanis Might Not Have Known

Former Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld says Pakistani officials may not have known where Osama bin Laden had been living, Politico reports.

“I think it’s possible," Rumsfeld said Sunday on CBS' "Face the Nation." "You go from the Pentagon up the Potomac River and look at those big estates up there with gated walls and trees and hidden from sight, we don’t know what is going on there. It is possible that someone like that, with a support system . . . could very likely hide in plain sight.”
