David and Victoria Beckham, possibly the most stylish guests to attend last month's royal wedding, announced they will sell the outfits they wore there to benefit victims of last year's Manchester bombing, the BBC News reported.
Twenty-two people were killed and more than 100 wounded when suspected suicide bomber Salman Abedi detonated the blast at Manchester Arena on May 22.
Since then there have been various campaigns set up to aid the survivors and families of the victims, including the We Love Manchester Emergency Fund, which will be receiving the proceeds raised by the Beckhams.
Victoria Beckham announced Thursday on Instagram that she and her hubby would be selling off their spectacular royal wedding outfits "to support the incredible work of The We Love Manchester Emergency Fund and the families affected by the Manchester attack last year."
David Beckham meanwhile posted a pic of himself holding a sign encouraging fans to "own our wedding outfits and support a great cause."
Last month nearly 30 million Americans tuned in to watch Prince Harry and Meghan Markle tie the knot at Windsor Castle's St. George's Chapel.
The royal affair was attended by a string of A-listers – including Oprah, Serena Williams and George Clooney – but it was the Beckhams who stole the show with their sleek and stylish look.
Victoria Beckham wore a navy midi dress from her upcoming pre-spring/summer 2019 collection while David Beckham wore a Dior Homme charcoal grey morning suit designed by Kim Jones, with “DB” sewn on the inside, The Guardian reported.
The couple have partnered up with Omaze to run the competition and fans wanting to enter have to log on Omaze's website.
