A terror attack outside an Ariana Grande concert in Manchester, England, killed 22 people — including children — and injured nearly 60 others Monday night.
The pop singer had just closed out her set when an explosion was heard from near the Manchester Arena foyer where the venue connects with a train station. Police say a suicide bomber detonated an improvised explosive device there.
The Islamic State has claimed responsibility for the attack, and a 23-year-old man has been arrested in connection with it. The bomber died.
