Celine Dion posed nude (but covered up) during a Vogue interview at Couture Week in Paris on Tuesday in which her historically iconic style was discussed.
In a photo posted on Instagram, the caption detailed how Dion, 49, has performed for years in haute couture pieces that were specially modified to fit and move with her.
“Armani Prive, Schiaparelli, Giambattista Valli, Versaci ... only a partial list,” the caption read.
“The clothes follow me; I do not follow the clothes,” Dion is quoted as saying.
People called the photo “sultry,” while ET Online said it was “revealing” and “stripped-down.”
The singer also posed clothed for a few other shots on the social media page, including an outdoor shot in a Giambattista Valli mini-dress and a shot of her waving to paparazzi.
“Her candor is one of her many charms, coupled with lovely manners and an emotional transparency that’s unique in anyone (let alone a global popstar for over 30 years),” another Vogue Instagram caption read.
Twitter was split on Dion's decision to pose au natural.
