A fake Miami doctor accused of injecting women’s butts with toxic substances like silicone, tire sealant, cement and glue was sentenced to 10 years in prison in the death of a patient whose booty enhancement turned fatal.

Oneal Ron Morris was also sentenced to five years probation for the manslaughter and for performing medical procedures without a license in the summer of 2012, reported the Washington Post.

The 36-year-old Morris, known to her patients as “Duchess,” pleaded no contest to both charges last month, said the Sun Sentinel.

She maintained up through sentencing that she would never do anything, as alleged, to any person (video below).

Morris is a transgender woman, CBS Miami reported, and will serve her sentence in a male penitentiary.

“Duchess” was admired for her own enhancements and investigators said women – and men who lived as women but had not undergone sex-change operations – visited Morris at various locations where she would inject them with silicone, mineral oil, Fix-a-Flat tire sealant, cement and Super Glue.

Shatarka Nuby allegedly paid Morris $2,000 for as many as 10 butt injections from 2007 to 2010. She became ill from issues related to the surgeries that ultimately ended in her death in 2012.

At the sentencing, Nuby’s mother, Sherri Pitts, pointed to the suffering her daughter  endured as a result of Morris’ deadly butt-enhancement operations, said The Post.

“My daughter died the most inhumane death,” Pitts said. “Eighteen months she suffered not knowing the full of what (Morris) put in her body.”

According to the medical examiner, per the Post, the official cause of Nuby's death was respiratory failure from “massive systemic silicone migration” from injections to her buttocks and hips.

Morris was previously convicted in Miami-Dade County for practicing medicine without a license and served one year in prison, reported the Post.

Nuby’s aunt said sending Morris to jail won’t bring her niece back.

“There’s no closure. Putting (Morris) in jail won’t bring her back,” said Juanita Nuby, per the Sun Sentinel. “This is a court of man, all you can do is put her away and teach her a lesson.”

Defense lawyer William Lanphear said Morris shouldn't have received that kind of punishment, though, saying the victims knowingly had undergone surgeries while Morris was practicing medicine without a license.

“All parties share the responsibilities and the blame for their own actions and the role they played,” he said. “There was an assumption of risk obligation from the victims.”
