Internet star Abigael Evans, also known as "Bronco Bama Girl" has received an apology.
NPR has said it's sorry to Evans, the 4-year-old girl from Colorado who tearfully complained in a
Youtube video about the never-ending election coverage of "Bronco Bama and Mitt Romney."
The video of Evans has been viewed more than 4.3 million times. NPR issued its apology, saying it knows that many other listeners feel the same way.
"On behalf of NPR and all other news outlets, we apologize to Abigael and all the many others who probably feel like her," NPR posted on its blog. "We must confess, the campaign's gone on long enough for us, too. Let's just keep telling ourselves: 'Only a few more days.' "
NPR posted an update on its blog saying that Abigael was indeed happy again, showing a picture of her wearing an NPR pin and a smile.
